Overview

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) are fellow homeowners appointed by the board of directors, tasked with approving changes and updates to home exteriors, while maintaining the rules and regulation policies of the association.

As a homeowner in the Fairhills of Canterfield Homeowners Association, you are not permitted to make changes to the exterior of your home without the consent and approval of the ARC.

Some examples include, but not limited to, painting your home, roofs, fences, windows, doors, decks, patios, driveways, outdoor light fixtures, in-ground pools, etc.
